The Yonsal Privacy Policy hereby includes by reference all conditions, rules, terms, guidelines and policies on Yonsal Brand Sites - WikiEDGE, Global-Ability, BIMhub and iSLYE (collectively called as Yonsal Brand Sites), including the Yonsal Terms of Service. The capitalized terms which are not defined here in the Privacy Policy are described in the Yonsal Terms of Service.

The Privacy Policy is in effect from October 31, 2010. If a user (“you”) use any of the Yonsal Brand Sites after the above mentioned date, it will indicate your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. We reserve all rights to change the rules and conditions in the Privacy Policy without providing prior notice to any of the involved parties - Clients (“Client(s)”), partners (“Franchise Partner(s)” “PLATINUM Partner”, “GOLD Partner” & “SILVER Partner”) and Suppliers of professional services (“Supplier(s)”), so keep checking up often for updates to the Privacy Policy.

Yonsal respects the privacy of its visitors to the webpage at www.yonsal.com and other Yonsal Brand Sites. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to keep you informed of our practices and policies regarding the gathering, usage and disclosure of Personal Information or Anonymous Information, which you submit to us through our website. The Privacy Policy is hereby included in our Terms of Service Agreement, thus by registering for our services you also except the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy applies only to the Users – Clients, Franchise Partners and Suppliers. It is not applicable to any information about organizations or companies who use the services on this website. Apart from that, if you are not a register user of Yonsal Brand Sites then the sections titled “Consent”, “Automatically Gathered Information” (wherever applicable), “This Site Contains Links To Other Sites”, “Anonymous Information” and “Legal Requests” will apply to you.

“Personal Information” is that information which will identify the user(s) with specific details such as your name, address, phone number or email address along with other non-public information.

By agreeing to submit Personal Information through the Yonsal Brand Sites, you accept the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy as well as agree to further processing of Personal Information according to the Privacy Policy. The Personal Information you have provided might be processed by Yonsal in the country where it was originally collected as well as in other countries such as the United States where laws related to the processing of Personal Information are less rigid as compared to the laws of your country.

Notification of Changes

We might update the provisions under laid in the Privacy Policy from time to time as the services we provide expand and change. If we make any substantial or significant change in the Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here on this page along with a notice that the Privacy Policy has changed on Yonsal Brand Sites. My iSLYE Accounts

My iSLYE accounts available to all the parties involved in Yonsal business model - Client(s), Franchise Partner(s) (PLATINUM Partner, GOLD Partner and SILVER Partner) and Supplier(s). The account has shared and private workspace areas for accountholders to promote and facilitate the sharing and exchange of information and communication between Clients, Suppliers and Franchise Partners. The information contained within the private work areas of the account is shared between the Suppliers and the Franchise Partners and is not used for any other purpose apart from facilitating exchange of information and communication. Yonsal also holds exclusive rights to examine the communications occurring through My iSLYE workspace to verify that they are in compliance of our Terms of Service, state, federal or international laws along with the other policies as we have stated.

Clients sign up for a My iSLYE account for services associated with Yonsal Brand Sites for free. Individuals and organizations can use iSLYE Revenue Sharing Service for integration with their own online business (and not Yonsal Brand Sites). In the later case, clients have to pay for iSLYE monthly subscription packages.

Information We Gather:

Registration

If you have registered on Yonsal Brand Sites as Client, Supplier or Franchise Partner to sell, buy or promote services, we will need to collect and store your Personal Information which specifically identifies your account, or for that matter you. The required information which you need to submit is your first name, last name, a unique user ID, designated password, phone number, email address and full postal address, along with the street address, city, state, zip or postal code, country and information on a valid financial account. Other information requested on the Registration page such as the ability to receive promotional offers from Yonsal is optional. However, in the future we might request other optional information from you so that we can customize our website for you and provide you with more personalized services. We will not share, sell or rent any Personal Information to other parties without your consent, in any way other than those described here in the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. iSLYE is an online revenue sharing system approved and implemented by Yonsal Ltd. to facilitate online payment across Yonsal Brand Sites. Consequently we may need to collect your credit card number and other financial information as is described below in the section titled ‘The Yonsal Payment System’ below. Your credit card information is transferred through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for safety of your credit card information.

Team Accounts

Team Accounts are shared workspace integrated with My iSLYE accounts for Partners and Suppliers to facilitate exchange of information. Clients do not have access to Team Accounts; however, they are allowed to communicate with Suppliers or Franchise Partners through My iSLYE account work area. If you are using a Team Account, the information that you put up on the website might be accessed by other users of the account to which your Team Account was added and other users of related Team Accounts, such as PLATINUM Partner, GOLD Partner and SILVER Partner.

Online Surveys

Yonsal may occasionally conduct user surveys to collect information on user’s preferences. These surveys are optional. However if you choose to respond to theses surveys your responses will not be disclosed and kept anonymous. Similarly, we will occasionally conduct contests for qualified users, where we ask for demographic specifications and contact information such as names, mailing address and email address. This information is not shared with any other party, except in a summary form, if at all it is done. The demographic information collected by Yonsal through surveys and the registration process is basically used to help us improve and enhance our services to meet the preferences and requirements of our users. This however might include advertising about our services to you.

iSLYE Revenue Sharing

The Yonsal iSLYE Revenue Sharing service requires the members to pay through a credit card, debit card or PayPal. iSLYE requires users credit card number and other financial institution information such as your PayPal email ID or bank account numbers and to bill Franchise Partners for service fees, bill Clients for service charges and to fund Suppliers for service fees, including but not limited to the disclosure and usage of your credit card number and other such information to third parties as and when required to complete these billing operations. However, verification of credit information is accomplished exclusively by the users through the authentication process. Yonsal Brand Sites are powered by premium Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 256-Bit encryption to protect unauthorized access to Personal Information.

Automatically Gathered Information:

Yonsal automatically gathers information on browser type and browser software version to customize the presentation of its website and the services to the different parties registered on Yonsal Brand Sites and maintain a record of the Visitor’s or User’s activity on the website. Our web server functionality automatically records a log file of IP addresses that have accessed the website. We also collect IP address information but usually do not link the IP addresses to the user’s Personal Information. However, we may use IP addresses to identify a user when we find it necessary to implement fulfillment of our Terms and Conditions of Use or for the protection of our websites, service or users. As you use this website Yonsal gathers information about your transactions and your computer for preventing frauds. Yonsal might also gather information from you or about you in ways which are not specifically described here.

Cookies

When you use our Brand Sites, Yonsal server might place small data files known as cookies on your computer. Yonsal uses these cookies, to allow users to specify their unique preferences, and also to track User and Visitor usage of the website, helping to identify patterns and trends. Yonsal sends a session cookie to your computer as soon as you log in to your account. This enables you to visit multiple pages in the same session so you that you don’t have to renter your password every time you go to a page. Once you logout this cookie will expire. Yonsal also uses permanent cookies for purposes such as your project related information. Yonsal encodes the cookies in a manner that only we can decode the data stored in them. Public Information

While registering you can set up an individual profile through My iSLYE account settings. Clients can choose to include information related to their business which is available to other registered users on Yonsal Brand Sites. Franchise partners may opt to include information related to their expertise and business network. Suppliers can provide information related to their service domain. We are not under any obligation with respect to any information on your profile or any information you provide to other users voluntarily through this website, under the Privacy Policy.

Other Information

You can provide other information to Yonsal through emails or otherwise. We might retain this information to provide you customized services.

How We Use and Disclose Information:

Registration Information

We use your personal information for internal purposes such as contacting you through emails to notify you about updates of our services and provide other information regarding e-commerce transactions which you conduct through iSLYE revenue sharing system. We hold the rights to disclose any information related to you as required by the law. We do not sell or rent users’ Personal Information to third parties. However, we do provide you with an option to receive newsletter through emails. If you choose not to receive these newsletters once you have opted in for them, you can do so any time by going to Preferences and selecting Email Notifications to Unsubscribe.

Advertising

We might send you information which we think might be of interest to you through emails. You can opt out of receiving such emails at the time you register to become a member or through the Preferences section of your My iSLYE account. We do not send any of our user’s personal information to advertisers. You might see cookies from third party banner servers and these cookies do not come from Yonsal.

Yonsal Partners

We might provide necessary Personal Information about you to our authorized PLATINUM, GOLD and SILVER partners who work with Yonsal to provide you services, to maintain the website or to help us communicate with you.

Other Members

We share email addresses of Clients, Partners and Suppliers once a project becomes active to facilitate rapid communication between involved parties. Also, members who are involved in transactions might request full contact information about the other party such as the name, company’s name, mailing address and phone number. If you request for another user’s contact information, your contact information will also be provided to that user. If any other user requests for contact information related to you, we will disclose it to them. You accept that you will not use the information about other users for any purpose other than for providing the applicable services or resolving any dispute.

Legal Requests

Yonsal cooperates with legal enforcement inquiries, as well as other parties to put into action laws such as fraud, theft, intellectual property rights, harassment and other such rights. We might (and you authorize us to) disclose any information regarding you such as the content of your online communication, if we find it necessary that such a disclosure is required to:

1. Comply with relevant rules and laws or to respond to warrants or subpoenas served on us.  
2. Defend or protect the property or rights of Yonsal Clients, Partners or Suppliers.
3. Assisting in an investigation.
4. Responding to any emergency which might jeopardize the safety of users or others.

Business Transaction

If any of our assets related to the website or our company is acquired by any other company, we will notify you so that you can make an informed decision about the usage of your Personal Information.

Anonymous Information

We might create Anonymous Information records from your Personal Information by eliminating such information which makes you identifiable personally. We might then use this anonymous information to analyze request, usage and request patterns so that we can improve the website and the services. We hold the rights to disclose or use anonymous information to other parties. Anonymous information will not be linked or associated to your Personal Information.

Comments Submitted by Users

We put a lot of value on your feedback and encourage you to provide us with comments or suggestions regarding the operation of the Yonsal Brand Sites or our services. You can submit these comments or suggestions by going to the ‘Email Us’ link. The ‘Email Us’ page will ask for user’s email address and username. We will use the information to respond and acknowledge your comments. Submitting comments through email will not result in receiving any promotional or secondary material unless requested by you. However, sometimes we might seek your permission to post your suggestions and comments in promotional or marketing material.

Security

Yonsal has deployed high quality data security measures to secure the Personal Information stored in our systems and files. Our payment system is operated through secure internet connections, using SSL 256-Bit encryption which helps to protect all your financial data and Personal Information. However, with the present technology we cannot guarantee the safety of your information as it travels through the internet.

Regarding Children

We do not collect any personal information about visitors who are below 13 years of age as prescribed in the cyber laws of specific countries.

Terminating Your Membership

We store and secure all your Personal Information till you terminate your membership with us and unsubscribe to the email notifications. In order to terminate your membership you can contact Customer Support. Once your membership has been terminated your Personal Information cannot be recovered. You might still continue receiving email communication for a short period till the time we update our records and databases. However, we will maintain information and records on users whose memberships have been terminated because of violating our membership agreement.

Correcting/Updating Information and Opting Out

Yonsal Brand Sites provide you with the following options for modifying and altering information that had been previously provided by visiting My iSLYE account settings. My iSLYE account enables you to modify or update the following information:

1. Update registration information
2. Modify credit card information
3. Opt for or opt-out for promotional email communication and Yonsal newsletters and other information about our Brand Sites.
